67 - 69 Mizpah is a Two - Unit TIC building that has been improved as part of a process toward conversion to condominiums. The two co-owners have worked to maintain and improve the building over time, as a quality home for themselves, their families, and for others to live in in the future.
The building is an older building with a historic San Francisco style front facade with "Bay Windows' and period architectural details. The building has been 'owner-occupied' for almost all of its lifetime to date. In 2013, the lower unit -- 67 Mizpah -- first became available as a rental unit.
